1. My Journey, Our MovemenT

I sparked a movement when I launched Kenya’s first all-organic beauty brand, celebrating black beauty instead of begging for inclusivity. Using influencer marketing—then unheard of in Kenya—I turned HH Glam into a household name in 18 months. That journey taught me the power of representation and bold storytelling which drives Marketing in Color today.

We’re changing the narrative of who gets to shine in the beauty and marketing industries. Our campaigns are powered by data but rooted in culture, ensuring every strategy is inclusive, intentional, and impactful. We celebrate diversity and elevate Black-owned brands and Black voices.

2. MARKET-CHANGING CAMPAIGNS

We’re building a roster of diverse influencers and sourcing Black content creators who deserve to be seen, heard, and respected. We’re creating fair, transparent, and mutually empowering partnerships, setting a new standard for equity and inclusion in influencer marketing.
